WELCOME

If you are visiting this website for the first time, or planning to visit one of the churches in our group Welcome!

We hope that through the pages of our website you will be able to gain an insight into our churches, our people and our mission to the people we serve. Navigation is relatively easy, simply click on a link to the right for information about the churches or use the links at the top for other information. Please feel free to browse.

As the people of God in these villages we have come to be very close. People who worship with us are from a wide band of traditions. One of the things we value  most is that we can offer a wide field of "Churchmanship" to choose from. From the traditional beauty of The Book of Common Prayer, through the innovative translations of Common Worship, to tailor-made worship inspired by The Fresh Expressions initiatives, we feel we have something to offer for everyone. People here are of a broad Anglican tradition, which they express in various ways whilst respecting each other in our differences as we attempt to know more about our mysterious God, through The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit.

At all our churches, our worship is important to us and we try and offer thoughtful preaching and informed teaching for people of all ages, combined with service to the wider community, but underpinning all that we do is a commitment to prayer and a belief that we should all have time to have fun! That’s the aim. Of course, we fall short of all these things but . . . we’re working at it!

If you would like to join us in our ‘adventurous pilgrimage’ by worshipping with us or even contributing one of the gifts that God has, no doubt, blessed you with, again: Welcome! and, please don’t hesitate to talk to me or any member of our church if you have any queries.

BLESSINGS
